Guewen joined Sid Lee in January 2020 when the group acquired his third company, Haigo, a transformation studio that leverages design and agile methodologies to make great things happen. The creator of the HEC Paris Business For Good Challenge, a TEDx speaker, and Director of the HEC Paris + Strate.design + 42.code Innovation & Service Design Academy, he created Haigo as the place to experiment with new ways of working and doing business. An entrepreneur at heart, he is also a business angel and advisor for start-ups in the HR, education and decarbonization sectors, always looking to reduce the gap between new ideas and their execution in the most inclusive way.

When he is not building Lego structures with his two kids, you can hear this QPR fan playing guitar, bass, piano, drums or bugle in his home studio in French Brittany.
