Shanie Poliquin joined Sid Lee as Head of Production and Post-Production after 15 years in HR, Production, and Business Development roles. She’s passionate about inspiring common direction amongst wide-ranging teams and strategies, and uses her energetic nature to do so. Shanie’s wealth of experience in both agency and in-house production empower her to understand her teams on a deep level. This experience, coupled with a sincere desire to create healthy and sustainable work experiences, has brought her great success as a leader. In her spare time Shanie enjoys traveling and diving. She’s explored the depths of Komodo, Bali, The Philippines, Honduras, Belize, and more.
